What does the plan do?

A. The Chapter 13 plan enables us to propose, on your behalf, a plan for the full or partial repayment of your debts. It is actually a debt adjustment program with legal safeguards, and without additional interest. Under this plan you can stretch out the full or partial repayment of your debts over a three to five year period. If you qualify, you can choose to pay as little as 10% of your debts, or all of them; it is your choice.
