What
should I tell my creditors prior to filing my bankruptcy?
A.
Until your bankruptcy papers are prepared and actually
filed with the Bankruptcy Court, you should tell your
creditors that you are planning to file for bankruptcy.
Once you
have given us a retainer we will accept calls from your
creditors and even notify any attorney who is about to or has
filed a law suit against you of the imminent filing of your
bankruptcy. When a creditor or attorney confirms with us
that you will shortly be filing, it is quite unlikely that you
will be bothered by this embarrassing phone calls
